Clubs & Classes
Karate Alba consists of several local clubs in the Inverness area, all run on a weekly basis by Sensei Dolina Ross. Most clubs are associated with their local schools and as such during school holidays their class times may differ.

Merkinch evening classes are also suitable for adults.
​
Members can attend multiple classes in a week at no extra cost.
